All orders usually ship within 2 business days (M-F) after a payment has cleared. Payments arriving after 12 PM PST or on Friday and Holidays are processed the next business day. Orders are shipped via FedEx. We are not responsible for shipping delays once turned over to the carrier. Products ship from our warehouse facilities in southern California.
Mis-Shipments
If an incorrect item is received and reported within 72 hours, a pre-paid return shipping label will be issued to the customer at no cost. Once the incorrect item is received and inspected, the replacement order will be processed and shipped to the customer at no cost. Items reported incorrect or missing after the 72 hour inspection limit will not be considered for re-shipment.
Damaged Products
We take great care in shipping your products in protective packaging. However, should you receive a porduct damaged in transit, please contact customer service and file a claim within 72 hours or delivery. You may be required to hold the product for up to 10 days for inspection by the shipping carrier.

Fontaine recommends installation of its products by qualified licensed professionals or master plumbers.
Returns
Please contact customer service for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number prior to shipment. Products can be returned within 30 days from the date of sale with proof of purchase. Returned items must be unused, not have been installed, in its original packaging, and include all parts including installation instructions. All returns are inspected upon arrival for damage or missing parts. Refunds will not be processed on items returned in damaged condition or missing parts. A restocking fee of 20% for faucets and 15% for sinks and accessories will apply to all returns. Return shipping is at the expense of the customer. Unauthorized returns will not be honored.
Defective Products / Warranties
Products are warrantied by the manufacturer. Please check your product information for specific warranty terms. Products discovered to be defective after installation should be referred to the manufacturer for replacement options.
Validating Your Order
After you place an order using our shopping cart, we will check the information you give us for validity, by verifying your method of payment or shipping address. We reserve the right to reject any order you place with us, and/or to limit quantities on any order, without giving any reason. If we reject your order, we will attempt to notify you using the e-mail address you have given us with the order.
Your credit or debit card will normally not be charged if we reject an order, but we will process a refund if the charge has been made against your card.
Order Acceptance/Confirmation
Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. We reserve the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason.
Order Limitations
We reserve the right to reject any order you place with us, and/or or to limit quantities on any order, without giving any reason. If we reject your order, we will generally attempt to notify you using the e-mail address you gave us when you placed the order.
Order Limitations/Limited Quantities
We, at our own discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. We also reserve the right to reject any order you place with us. These restrictions may include orders placed by the same e-mail account, the same credit card, and orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event we make a change to an order, we will attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address provided at the time the order was made. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit sales to dealers.
Errors on Our Site
Prices and availability of products are subject to change without notice. Errors will be corrected where discovered, and we reserve the right to revoke any stated offer and to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions including after an order has been submitted and whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, we will issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charge. Individual bank policies will dictate when this amount is credited to your account.
